The different type of interest rates can be a mine field. Do you select a fixed rate, discounted, capped and collared, tracker? We can discuss ALL the options open to you to suit your budget and requirements. What income multiples can I use? This really depends on your ability to repay an agreed amount each and every month until your mortgage is repaid.
Our normal charge for mortgge advice is £500. Alternatively we can be paid by commission from the lender but we will discuss your options with you before proceeding.
